Looking to tone your abs without spending hours at the gym? This circuit ab workout is perfect for beginners and can be done in just 15 minutes.
The circuit consists of three exercises, each to be completed for 30 seconds with a 20-second rest in between. The exercises are:
1. sit-ups
2. Russian twists
3. plank
Start by completing as many sit-ups as you can in 30 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds, then move on to the Russian twists. Again, try to do as many as you can in 30 seconds. Take another 20-second break, then finish up with the plank. Hold the plank position for as long as you can while maintaining good form.
If you can complete the entire circuit three times, you’ll have done a great job! Remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body – if you’re feeling exhausted, take a break.
