If you’re looking for a workout that will target both your upper and lower abs, @petite_laine_ has the perfect routine for you! This exercise is great for beginners and will leave you feeling the burn in no time.

Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides. Use your abs to slowly curl your head and shoulders off the ground, then lower back down. That’s one rep.

Next, bring your knees in toward your chest and place your feet back on the ground. This time, raise your hips off the ground, then lower back down. Keep your abs engaged the entire time.

After a few reps of this, you’ll definitely be feeling the burn! But don’t give up – keep going until you’ve completed the desired number of reps. This routine is a great way to strengthen your abs and get one step closer to your fitness goals.
