If you’re looking to add some serious definition to your arms, look no further than this incredible triceps exercise from @elnevski. This move hits all three heads of the triceps muscle group for maximum gains, and will have your arms looking shredded in no time.

Here’s how to do it:

Begin in a seated position with a weight in each hand, palms facing in.

Keeping your upper arms stationary, extend your elbows to curl the weights up to shoulder level.

From here, slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.

Repeat for 8-12 reps.
