Looking to tone your upper body? @renard.de.nuit has an exercise routine that can help! This simple regimen can be done at home with no equipment, making it perfect for busy people.

The first exercise is a classic sit-up. Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands behind your head and lift your torso up until your upper body is perpendicular to the ground. Lower yourself back down and repeat. Do as many reps as you can in 1 minute.

The second exercise is a push-up. Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet hip-width apart. Lower your chest to the ground, then press back up to the starting position. If this is too difficult, you can drop to your knees. Do as many reps as you can in 1 minute.

The last exercise is a shoulder press. Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level with your palms facing forward. Press the dumbbells straight up, then lower them back down to shoulder level. Do as many reps as you can in 1 minute.

This routine can be done 3-5 times per week for best results. Give it a try and see how quickly you start to see results!
