With this arm rest you can train both the wrist flexion and wrist stretching muscles. It is therefore ideal for strengthening and stabilising weak wrists, but also for building up the muscles of the forearms. The manipulation of the forearm is effortless and the training can be easily integrated into everyday life. All you have to do is attach a weight to the holder provided and then roll the suspended rope using the handle. This can be done by bending the wrists as well as stretching them, which trains the appropriate side of the forearm. The forearm trainer is adjustable with weights, so that it can be used for every training intensity and every training level. It can be used in performance sports as well as in therapy under instruction. No weights are included in the delivery.
