Personally, I work 100% at home and a morning routine is for me indispensable to be efficient for the rest of the day. If you sit a lot, it's even more important! The important thing to remember is that if you want your brain to be efficient when teleworking all day, you must first wake up your body ! IT IS ESSENTIAL!

I think that waking up the body is very neglected. Often it's a coffee and sitting directly in front of the computer.
