If you’re looking for an effective way to work your biceps and triceps, you may want to try a superset. This involves performing two exercises back-to-back without any rest in between. For example, you could do a set of biceps curls followed immediately by a set of triceps extensions.

One superset that works both the biceps and triceps is a biceps curl with a barbell followed by a triceps pushdown. To do this, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell in your hands with an overhand grip. Curl the barbell up to your chest and then lower it back down. Immediately after completing the curl, do a triceps pushdown. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a rope attachment in your hands. Keeping your upper arms close to your sides, extend your elbows and push the rope down. Repeat the entire superset for a total of 3-5 sets.
