Start with your right foot on the box or step and your left foot on the ground. Step up onto the box, driving through your right heel to come to standing. Keep your left foot on the ground and bring your right knee up to hip level, then return to the starting position. That’s one rep. Complete all your reps on one side before switching to the other.
