This triceps workout hits all three heads of your triceps muscles with a variety of exercises, ranging from bodyweight moves to compound lifts with added weight. And because we’re using a variety of exercises and challenging your muscles from different angles, you’ll not only build strength, but improve your muscle definition and shape, too.

Do this workout two or three times per week, allowing at least a day of rest in between workouts. And as you get stronger and more comfortable with the moves, feel free to add weight to certain exercises to keep your muscles challenged.
